MAN WHO SUBMITTED FAKE DOCUMENTS TO BUY TOYOTA AVANZA ARRESTED

There are times when you will ask yourself, "Why are people committing crimes".

A young man named Job Molepo aged 28years old has been handed a three years jail term by the Emalahleni Magistrate’s Court for his involvement in vehicle finance fraud.

It is said that the conviction stems from an incident that happened back in July 2022 when Molepo approached Eastvaal Isuzu dealership in Witbank with intentions to purchase a Toyota Avanza.

According to a Warrant Officer named Thandi Tshabalala who is a spokesperson for the Hawks in Mpumalanga. Molepo successfully submitted fraudulent documents to the dealership leading to the approval of his application and the subsequent delivery of the vehicle.

However Wesbank which is a reputable bank in SA later detected the fraudulence and repossessed the Toyota Avanza he bought with fake documents prompting them to report the matter to the authorities. Now the young has been arrested for commiting a crime using fake documents to get himself a brand new car.

What people fail to understand is that no matter how hard life can be never ever commit a crime because the law will never stop looking for you until they catch you. People fail there, they think they can get away with anything. We all need material things but commit a crime should be a no no seriously.
